The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping mall and other amenities. The room I stayed in had a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection was decent, and the WiFi worked well. The pool and garden area were the standout feature, providing a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel had a fitness center and spa available for guests to use.

The hotel lacked attention to detail and maintenance in some areas. Some unused furniture was left out in the restaurant, and the staff seemed unenthusiastic about assisting guests.

The hotel offered a reasonable price for a superior room and the pool and surrounding garden area were nice. The WiFi connection worked very well, which was a plus. The hotel also had a great location, close to the main attractions and with easy access to transportation.

There was a clear lack of attention to detail and poor maintenance of facilities, which was an annoyance. the staff seemed to be uninterested and lacking in any desire to help, and their English proficiency was not up to standard.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The pool and surrounding garden area were exceptional and made our relaxation time extra special. WiFi was reliable and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was attentive and accommodating, providing us with two bottles of water and clean towels every day. The breakfast spread was superb and a key highlight of our stay.

There were noticeable issues such as unused furniture in the restaurant and some facilities needing repair. The staff's English-speaking skills were limited, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
